Springtime came early in Arizona. Lupine and poppies are blooming in many places in the Sonoran Desert of central Arizona. Taken at Bartlett Lake.

I think of photography as a way to explore those things I encounter and share in original ways with others. The natural world provides an endless supply of inspiration and new ideas and my goal is to evoke a response in others for the appreciation of this beauty. I love exploring the outdoors and can often be seen hiking with camera in hand, so many of my photographs center around nature or my travels. I try to present images that are imaginative and original through creative viewpoints, composition, and beautiful lighting of the natural world.
