The beautiful red and yellow of the Sally Lightfoot crab shows up brightly against the volcanic black rock on the island of San Cristobal, Galapagos.

I think of photography as a way to explore those things I encounter and share in original ways with others. The natural world provides an endless supply of inspiration and new ideas and my goal is to evoke a response in others for the appreciation of this beauty.
